Step 1: Open the key box at the tall side metal gate along Fix Street with the 4-digit code provided (pictured here). There is a key inside to open the gate door.

Please return the key to the lock box when you checkout.

Step 2: Once inside the gate open the house side entry door simply by entering the second 4-digit code provided (this code also opens the electronic lock for the house's front door on Garden Street).

Press the lock button on the entry pad to lock the house doors when leaving.

Note: once inside please do not lock the non-electronic deadbolt locks (they are just below the electronic security system controlled deadbolt locks on the door).

The TV in the main room is connected to a Roku set to guest mode which allows you to login to your own streaming services (e.g. Netflix, YouTube) and set the automatic logout date for when you check out - https://blog.roku.com/auto-sign-out-mode

The Roku remote handles all of the TV functions except the volume control which is controlled by the separate TV remote. The Roku also has a digital clock screensaver setup so you don’t have to turn off the Roku or the TV

There is a Vizio Smart TV in the loft bedroom you can also use to stream your video services and for kids to play video games

The 4-digit code for the padlock will be provided. Please keep the bikes locked up when you’re not riding them.

When you check out please make sure they are locked and covered.

Please turn off the Edison bulbs (inside and outside) before bed and when you leave the house (the bulbs get hot when left on for a long time).

Please turn on the porch light outside the front door (along Garden St.) overnight. Remember to please turn it off in the morning. The porch light above the side entry door (along Fix St.) is on a timer and automatically turns on in the evening and off in the morning (please leave the light switch on).

Each bedroom has an air conditioner/heater and space heaters are provided for the big main room. During the day (if not home) and when you check out please turn them off to save electricity.
